Hi, I’m Keishia, founder of KTM Pets. With over six years of hands-on experience and two years running KTM Pets full-time, I’ve supported over 50 clients and cared for hundreds of animals across Derbyshire and beyond. From energetic dogs and independent cats to rabbits, reptiles, and small furries, I pride myself on offering personalised, compassionate care that respects every animal’s routine and temperament.
My background includes a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and Science and a Level 4 qualification in Canine Behaviour. I’m also currently studying Animal Psychology and Animal Nutrition and Diet to further deepen my understanding of pet health and behaviour. Education and continued development are at the heart of my service, helping me care with both confidence and expertise.
At KTM Pets, training and knowledge go hand in hand with warmth and reliability. Whether I'm reinforcing positive behaviours, identifying subtle signs of stress, administering medication, or simply making sure a pet feels safe and secure, my work is grounded in professional animal welfare standards and behavioural understanding. I’m passionate about offering high-quality, professional care that adapts to the individual needs of each pet.
